I’m someone who truly cares about helping others who are going through emotional or physical pain. Whether it’s losing weight or regaining emotional strength, or dealing with an illness, disability or chronic pain, I’m here to make a difference.
I believe that optimal physical health and happiness is key to living a fulfilling life. That’s why I don’t believe in following trends or fad diets that can be costly and unsustainable. I’m all about promoting healthy living through daily exercise, healthy eating habits and improving daily routines.
I understand that everyone is unique and what works for one person may not work for another. That’s why I’m here to provide guidance, support, advice and motivation to help you improve day by day.
Health and wellness is not just a job for me, it’s my life. I suffer from Relapsing Polychondritis, which causes pain and inflammation of my eyes and ears. This has made me even more compassionate and dedicated to helping people feel better about themselves and encouraging them that change is possible. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping my clients live better, fuller and happier lives.
When I’m not working with my clients, I love to take care of my own health and wellness. I workout with resistance bands and weights, run, swim, practice yoga, jump rope and listen to music. I’m always exploring new ways to help my clients live functional and sustainable fit lives.
