Choosing meals and sticking to your calorie goals has never been easier!

Habit tracking and coaching

The habit tracking and coaching feature in the fitness app allows you to monitor your current habits and identify necessary changes for a successful training program. By providing self-guided daily check-ins, the app helps you stay committed to your plan. Additionally, regular check-ins with the team ensure that you are staying on track.

Equipment needed for your home workouts:

  • Set of resistance bands – if you don’t have any please check out the Jennuine Fitness Resistance Band kit.
  • Two medium free weights (5lb-15lb /2.5kg-7kg) that are challenging for you
  • A bench is also great, but you could use something else like a sturdy chair, stair, or a yoga ball that is suitable for your height.
  • Some workouts include a foam roller, yoga ballbooty bands and disc sliders to add variety and increase resistance. You can find my favourite fitness equipment and accessories HEREGet yours today!


    • Please take note that the Jennuine Fitness 8 Week Preliminary Program does not include a 7 day meal plan or any messaging or accountability check-ins.
