Regain Your Strength With Online Fitness
Are you looking to join a community for online fitness classes?
Getting to the gym or training outside can be a little taxing especially if you have a busy lifestyle or work from home. If you’re looking for motivational online group fitness classes then you’re in the right place.
Online fitness classes take Monday to Thursday at 16:30 CET. You can attend a class in two ways; a one off drop in or with an unlimited membership. With the membership you’ll be able to participate in all online fitness classes at 16:30 and yoga on Friday at 13:30 CET.
Membership also gives you access to the Jennuine Fitness App where you can review your workouts, keep track of your progress, log your food, upload progress photos and also connect your wearables and Withings Scales. You’ll also be able to communicate with me through in-app messaging if you have any questions.
The online fitness classes are focused around strength training so you will need some form of resistance equipment to perform the moves. You could use dumbbells, resistance bands or a couple of full 1.5 liter bottles of water.
Please take the time to fill out the registration form to reserve your space. If you have any injuries, chronic conditions or illnesses please make sure you include this on the form. We’ll then get in touch and send you the link to log in with Zoom.
No need to leave the house, you can comfortably workout at home with little or no equipment.
Online fitness classes will help you to stay motivated and inspire you to be consistent with your training and fitness regime.
New to fitness? All moves have modifications and I will guide you through any part of the workout that you need help with.
The majority of workouts are body weight based, so all you will need is a mat (which is not necessary). However, if you do have some form of equipment, like dummbels then great. If not there are always plenty of items around the house that you can use for resistance.
